SHIPPING

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 11am are dispatched same day. Orders placed Thursday afternoon to Sunday are dispatched on Mondays.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Your order will arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch for deliveries within the Durban area , 2-4 working days for national deliveries and 3-5 working days for outlying areas.

Is the cost of shipping included?

We offer free delivery on orders over R800.Shipping for orders under R800 is charged at a flat rate of R85 for Durban and surrounds and R95 for National deliveries. Outlying areas will be calculated at checkout.

I live internationally, can I order Humble Coffee?

No, At the moment we don’t have an option for international deliveries. We are working on this and hopefully it’s something we’ll be able to do in the future.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Please contact customer services via roastery@humblecoffee.co.za with your order number and we'll track down your delivery.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

We accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods purchased from our online shop. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Humble Coffee, 21a Churchill Rd, Durban. Returns must be made within 14 days of
purchase. While we want you to be completely happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable product we’ll only replace or refund coffee if it’s faulty or damaged. This is subject to assessment by our team. Get in touch via roastery@humblecoffee.co.za for any queries regarding your coffee delivery.

My order has arrived damaged

We do our utmost to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition however, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out via roastery@humblecoffee.co.za or call and we will resolve the issue.

FAQ’S

Who roasts my coffee?

Owner Amy Gardiner roasts and sources the majority of coffee at Humble. She is assisted by Lindokuhle Mvambi who is a senior barista and helps in the roastery.

Can you grind my coffee?

YES. Select your preferred brewing method when ordering and we'll take care of the rest. If you can, we would always recommend buying whole beans and grinding them at home as the shelf life of pre-ground coffee is a lot shorter.

How should I store my coffee?

Push out as much air as possible and re-seal your Humble bag. Store this in an airtight container at room temperature, somewhere dark and dry like a kitchen cupboard. Refrigerating or freezing is not recommended.

Do you have decaf?

YES. We didn’t want to cut any corners with our decaf! We always have a great decaffeinated coffee available. Our decaf is always processed using clean and non-chemical methods making it a safe and delicious alternative.
