A very special limited release coffee, it was love at first sip.
A sweet and delcious cup, like drinking granadila cordial on a hot summers day or chewing on an apricot candy. Perfect for filter coffees but also offering a floral complex espresso. We have roasted this coffee on the light side of medium to highlight those bright and juicy flavours.
The extraordinary microclimate of the mountainous Tanzanian north is ideal planting ground for the prized Pacamara variety. These factors, combined with the care that owners Leon and Aideen Christianakis take with their coffee and their dedication to improving quality, result in a truly unique cup.
