We've been on the hunt for a good quality decaf coffee for ages. We were looking for something that encompassed traceability, full flavour, with a clean non-chemical processing method. El Tucan coffee is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process which involves sourcing natural mountain water from Pico De Orizaba soaking & washed the coffee numerous, times & then water is passed through a caffeine filter before being re-introduced to the coffee.
This natural process decaffeination leaves a full, sweet flavoured coffee without any chemical residue.
